At RCT International, triathlon is the natural intersection of our core disciplines — cycling, running, and swimming. Though still a growing part of our team, our triathlete community is thriving and ready to welcome new athletes of all levels.
While we don’t (yet) offer triathlon-specific training sessions, our regular cycling rides, group runs, and open water swims lay a strong foundation for multi-sport athletes. Whether you’re preparing for your first sprint triathlon or chasing new goals in long-distance formats, RCT offers structure, consistency, and team spirit to fuel your journey.
