Our local chapters organize regular group sessions that cater to all paces and ambitions:
Sunday Social Run – Relaxed city runs focused on community and conversation. Ideal for beginners or recovery days.
Thursday Social Run – More advanced city runs with a faster pace and longer distance.
Distance Runs – Train for races or build long-run strength with motivated teammates.
Trail Sessions – Dive into nature with occasional trail running meetups in and around the city.
